If you forgot your Family Portal password
This page provides instructions on how to reset your password if you have forgotten it after completing the initial login procedure.
On the login screen, click the " Here " button that says "If you have forgotten your Family Portal password, please reset it here."

Enter your "User name" and "Email address" on the "Family Portal Password Reset" screen and select the "Send" button. An "Initialize password" will be sent to your registered email address.
*Please enter the email address registered with SIRIUS.
First time login procedure If you change your email address in New email address If you have not changed your email address, Student's email address "It is as follows.
The "Parent Password Initialization/Initialization Complete" screen will appear, so select "Close".
*If the message " The corresponding username and email address do not exist " is displayed and the screen does not change to "Parent password initialization/Initialization complete", please contact us via " Contact us ".
